It looks as though we are moving sooner that we expected – June 2nd. We will be living in Summit, New Jersey for a few weeks while we wait for our house to be ready. SO, if you are looking to book a shoot in New Jersey call me and spread the word to others who might be interested. I will be there off and on through out most of June and would love to photograph a few New Jersey residents.

I photographed two recent parties for two little ones who both turned two. It was all about butterflies and Dora. CC and Natalia are both little ladies who I have photographed a few times before. It's always so nice to see them and their families. Happy Birthday!

Recently I took Conner down to the Meatpacking District. I'm trying to photograph him in a few of my favorite NYC neighborhoods and the Meatpacking is at the top of the list. He is nearly impossible to photograph solo because he doesn't sit still for long. Anyways, we're making the rounds before we move. I got a little sad while we were down there. The move is sinking in. It's very weird to think we wont be living here anymore. We've been here for 10 years. I will miss many things about NY, especially areas like the MPD. Oh and mid-shoot we saw Jennifer Aniston. Now I don't think we'll see her in Westchester. Good thing Conner wont know what he's missin'. ; )

worth the wait

Finally we got a great day and it was well worth the wait. Sophia booked back in March for a shoot in April. On the day of our shoot, I showed up and it had just started to rain. After seeing their amazing wraparound terrace, we decided to reschedule. I couldn’t bare to shoot and not make use of their outdoor space. Thanks Sophia and Greg. It was wonderful to meet you and spend the morning with Taylor and of course Lola and Sawyer.

Jennifer was one of my first clients when I started this business. I can’t count how many shoots we have done together, but this was definitely my favorite. We shared so many beautiful moments in the park. My eyes actually teared up once or twice. Surprisingly the rain brought us a gorgeous morning, even though it washed away the cherry blossoms. Next year. As always, thanks Jen. I look forward to our shoot out east in July.

It’s hard to believe with all this rain that we’ve actually had a couple nice days this Spring. The Chang’s shoot luckily fell on one of the sunny days. It was a such a pleasure to meet you. Happy 1st Birthday!

My dear client Jennifer recently held a Spring party at Citibabes where there was a petting zoo, a magic show, face painting and flower planting. Very cute. Looks like everyone had a wonderful time. Thanks Jen for inviting me to be part of the festivities. I’ll see you soon.

Little Delilah was born 3 weeks ago. She is so so so tiny. You forget how little they are as newborns. Her big brother Asher was taking full advantage of her size. Lets just say he is “slightly” jealous of his new baby sis. Funny to think one day he will very protective of Delilah, down the road when he is well adjusted to his new competition.
