happy halloween

We took Conner to pick a few pumpkins this past weekend out in NJ at a farm near his grandparent’s house. Picked up some cider, an apple pie, homemade donuts and of course a couple pumpkins. Fall has arrived and I love it. This is my season. We’ll be carving tonight and tomorrow Conner will assume the roll of a skeleton. He’s got a few parties to attend. I’ll post more pics later this week.

boy or girl?

That is the question. Mom’s is due in 6 weeks and I’m dying to know. We chatted about all the myths (none of which ever ring true); is she carrying low, has she gained weight all over or just in the belly… By the looks of her, clearly only in the belly. I look forward to meeting and photographing the little one and to having a drink together come December. Thank you for inviting me to your shower, and what a beautiful shower it was Jennifer. It was so nice to be there. Feel good. You look great!

What a fun shoot. I had a great time with these 4; little Lily, her Mom, Aunt and Grandmother. I’ve photographed Lily a few times and she always entertains me. This time I was entertained by everyone in the fam. We laughed a lot. I loved observing the closeness between these ladies. They were so comfortable with each other which always makes my job easier. Thank you so much for allowing me to share the morning with you all. Hope you had a fabulous time at the zoo.

Went to the park yesterday. He doesn’t sit for a minute. I used to bring him to the park, sit him down and snap away. I was thinking how easy the baby phase was compared to now, HE’S MOBILE. And I thought that was hard but it’s all worth it. I love him madly.
cheese and biscuits

These 3 boys are quite the characters. We covered a lot at our last shoot. Dan made me lunch in his “restaurant” and then invited me to a Justin Timberlake concert that he was having in his room. Thank You Dan. My favorite part of the shoot is when they scream “cheese and biscuits.” That’s what they say when they pose. I love it. In case you couldn’t guess they are British. My 2nd favorite part of the shoot was their dining room table. It was the perfect prop. Thanks Sally for your loyalty. I think this was our 4th shoot and I believe each one gets better and better. Tribeca Mini Shoots

Spent the afternoon with a few beautiful and oh so stylish children who live in Tribeca. All of them were return clients, some of whom I met through Citibabes. It great to see you all again!
conner’s birthday par-te

Last weekend we celebrated Conner’s 1st birthday at the New York Kids Club with several close friends and our family. The theme was zoo animals, there was a performance by The Little Maestros and the cake was by How Sweet It Is, all of which we highly recommend. We think Conner had a great time, the first of many more. Thanks to all of those who joined us. Til’ next year…
